Billing, cancellation and refunds

The trial

Your first 14 days are free and no payment method is collected to start. On day 15 the product asks you once whether to continue. Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.

The subscription

• Crew Pro is $99 a month, billed monthly in advance, in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.
• Payments are taken by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles the checkout, the invoice, the card statement line and tax; the receipt you get is from Paddle on our behalf.
• The subscription renews every month on the day you subscribed until you cancel.

Cancelling

Any time, in one click: Settings → Billing → Cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then the crew stops reading and proposing. Your campaigns keep running exactly as they are - the product only ever proposed, there is nothing to unwind. You can also cancel by emailing artsh94@gmail.com from the address you signed in with.

Refunds

• Within 14 days of your first payment, if the product is not what you expected, write to us and the payment is refunded in full. No form, no reason required.
• After that, renewals are not refunded by default - cancel before the renewal date and nothing further is charged. If a renewal went through by mistake (you meant to cancel, or you did not use the product that month), tell us within 7 days of the charge and we refund it.
• A refund goes back to the payment method that was charged, through Paddle, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
• If the product was down or the crew could not read your accounts for most of a billing period because of a fault on our side, that period is refunded or credited - ask.

Changing plans

Moving to another plan takes effect immediately; the difference is prorated by Paddle on the next invoice. Crew for Teams is set up with us by email, not through the self-serve checkout.
