What this is
PPCrew connects to your advertising accounts, reads their performance daily, and proposes changes you approve. To do that job it stores some of your data. This page lists all of it, in plain language.
What we collect, and why
- Your name, email and profile picture from Google when you sign in. This is your account.
- What your website says about your business (title, description, detected advertising tags), gathered once when you type your address during setup, so the crew understands what you sell.
- The goal and monthly budget you tell us during setup.
- OAuth access tokens for the ad platforms you connect (Meta, Google). These are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are never shown to anyone, including you.
- Advertising performance data from connected accounts: campaigns, spend, impressions, clicks, leads. This is the raw material of the product.
- On our public pages only (the landing, pricing, the sample and the signup), a standard Meta pixel records page views so we can tell which of our own ads bring people here. When you sign up and when you connect your first ad account we tell Meta that it happened, with your email hashed so it can match the ad click - never your name, your business or anything from your ad accounts. It is not loaded inside the product.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell or share your data with anyone. There are no advertisers, brokers or 'partners' on the other side of this.
- We do not change anything in your ad accounts without your explicit approval of that specific change.
- We do not read your personal Facebook or Google content. The permissions we request cover advertising data only.
- We do not use your data to train AI models.
Where it lives
In a PostgreSQL database hosted in the cloud, in a schema that belongs to this product alone. Platform tokens are encrypted at rest; transport is TLS everywhere. AI analysis is performed via Anthropic's API under their commercial terms, which exclude training on your data.
Disconnecting and deletion
You can disconnect any ad account from inside PPCrew at any time. We blank the stored token immediately and stop reading. You can also revoke access from Meta or Google's own security settings, which locks us out at the platform level the moment you do it.
To delete your account and everything attached to it, email artsh94@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. Deletion is complete removal of your organization, profile, connections and stored performance data, not a soft hide. We confirm by reply when it's done, normally within 48 hours.
Data deletion for Meta users
If you connected a Meta ad account and want the data PPCrew holds about it removed, the same address applies: artsh94@gmail.com. State the ad account ID (or just the email you signed up with) and we delete the connection, its token and every metric snapshot derived from it.
Changes
If what the product stores or does changes, this page changes in the same release, with the date above updated.
